This no sugar added, naturally sweetened fig, walnut, and banana smoothie is perfect with NOMM’s salted caramel cashew! In addition, this homemade smoothie is packed with probiotics and fibre to help keep your gut happy!
- 1 dried fig (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- ½ banana
- ½ cup almond milk (or vegan kefir)
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Peel the banana (I mean, unless you're really diggin' that peel)
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour and sip
